Reyes Holdings and its subsidiaries hire thousands of workers annually. Jobs are posted on various job boards as well as on their website. Their senior level Marketing team worked with Purplegator for a unique way to reach passive candidates using popular social media sites.
Divisions included Great Lakes Coca-Cola, Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling, Reyes Beverage Division, and Martin Brower.

Utilizing Purplegator’s proprietary Hiring Alerts pages, advertisements were hosted on

Working closely with Reyes’ senior recruiting team, Purplegator designed recruiting ads that were then branded to 17 different Reyes divisions. A custom order form (popular with our enterprise-level clients) made it easy and efficient for Reyes recruiters to submit their campaigns. Campaigns were live within 48 hours of submission.

- RSVP / Hiring Events – promoted 10 days to 2 weeks prior to the event. Included a text reminder the day prior to the event. The reminder included a hyperlinked map for easy navigation.

The Outcome
Purplegator’s hiring campaigns delivered 12,810,984 impressions and drove 13,551 potential candidates to the recruiters. The client’s monthly hires report determined the last place that a candidate saw an ad, and social media ads from Purplegator were consistently a strong driving force.
