Accelerating Recruitment and Enrollment for Philadelphia Gateway CAP

The Challenge

The Philadelphia Gateway CAP (Community Action Partnership) had a need for two distinct programs: 1) to hire an additional 60+ people to staff their centers and 2) to drive enrollment, adding 200+ children for the Philadelphia metro area Early Head Start Program.

Purplegator’s multi-platform advertising solution included display ads and video ads running on Facebook and YouTube, short video ads on Snapchat, static display and video ads on the mobile web and in mobile apps, and banner ads on Philly.com, as well as search retargeting, and geo conquesting of schools to connect with potential teacher candidates. 

Weekly meetings were held with key Gateway personnel to discuss the campaigns, messaging, results and make refinements as necessary. The hiring campaign ran on social media with ad clicks that sent potential candidates to a custom page.

The Outcome

This campaign delivered 110 teacher candidates in the first 2 ½ weeks.
