G&P Trucking, an international logistics company, was struggling to recruit qualified candidates through traditional recruitment strategies. It was especially hard for the company to find qualified candidates with CDL-A licenses.

We worked with G&P to target passive job seekers, or drivers who were already employed by competing companies. The gators created mobile web, desktop web, mobile in-app, and social media ads for the company. Each advertisement connected to a landing page that clearly defined the prerequisites for applying, such as a CDL-A license. This reduced the amount of unqualified candidates who applied. Candidates who filled out the landing page were forwarded to G&P in real time, thus allowing the employer to immediately follow up with candidates to schedule interviews. The ads used geo-targeting and targeted specific job titles, relevant experience, interests, industries, and demographics. We also used third party data to target mobile devices at truck stops at competing trucking companies. In the two months of the campaign, we delivered 201 qualified candidates to G&P Trucking.
