Purplegator to Debut at LMC Annual Meeting in New Orleans
King of Prussia, PA – Purplegator, a mobile-first digital agency, will exhibit at Lumbermens Merchandising Corporation (LMC) Annual Meeting. This meeting takes place March 8-10, 2017, at the Morial Convention Center in New Orleans. This event marks the official debut for Philadelphia’s top digital advertising agency.
To date, LMC dealers have known the company as ATS Mobile. ATS Mobile is the mobile marketing division of parent company, Advanced Telecom Services. Advanced Telecom Services, established in 1989, has international offices in Toronto, London and Prague and provides interactive telephone services. As a result, in January 2017, Advanced Telecom Services spun off its mobile division into a separate entity. This division is named “Purplegator” and will focus only on the digital needs of its clients.
“ATS Mobile is our original brand, created to take advantage of the 27-year history of the parent company Advanced Telecom Services,” said Bob Bentz, president. “Since mobile and digital are a quickly evolving landscape, we wanted a name that could stand for anything that we do now and in the future to help our clients sell more. The new name has received a lot of positive feedback from our customers. Further, it is far more memorable in the marketplace.”
This is the second year that the company has been involved at the LMC Annual Meeting. During its first year as an LMC rebating supplier, Purplegator helped numerous LMC dealers. And, as LMC dealers are finding, Purplegator’s mobile advertising and SMS marketing services sell more decking, flooring and kitchens than traditional advertising methods. As a result of both increased brand awareness and increased sales, LMC dealers continue to seek out our expertise.
